Track your order
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Order Processing Time
It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or missing address information will be subject for customer payment in order to reship order or cancel order.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
We suggest you contact your respective Customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions.
If your order is returned to us intact due to a refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and return postage fees. ( return postage fees may be very expensive, so we do suggest you to pick up the package in time.)
